Self Exclusion

The Problem Gambling Coalition of Colorado, in partnership with the Colorado Gaming Association, offers a voluntary self-exclusion program. This program allows persons to be removed from casino marketing lists, cancel slot club memberships, and cancel any check-cashing privileges at casinos in Colorado.  If you would like to self-exclude from Colorado casinos, you may download a self-exclusion form at:  http://www.problemgamblingcolorado.org/library/Self-Exclusion%20Application%2010-1-101.pdf
